Learning Management System (LMS) Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Métis Nation of Ontario

1. Introduction

   The Métis Nation of Ontario (MNO) seeks to procure a Learning Management System (LMS) to support the needs and uses of the Education and Training Branch. This platform will be utilized to offer educational content to multiple different audiences (community members, external partners, professional groups, employees, etc.), with the possibility of expanded use throughout the MNO in the future. The selected system will be cost-effective, reliable, easy to use for both learners and administrators, and be able to provide a solution for offering different educational content for different types of learners.

    

   The MNO is a Métis-specific governance structure formed in 1993, representing Métis people and communities throughout Ontario. MNO oversees a variety of governance, cultural, economic, and social initiatives for over 30,000 registered citizens. The organization has 30+ service delivery access points and multiple branches, including Healing and Wellness, Community Well Being, Education and Training, and Housing and Infrastructure.
